1. About this policy
This policy applies to ONE MORE PIXEL for Android. Tiny Chaos Games is the publisher's brand, not a separate legal entity. The Game does not require an account or operate a Tiny Chaos Games server storing player accounts, scores, or gameplay progress. Certain Google services are integrated as described below.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game stores scores and records, game and challenge progress, earned Pixel Shards, unlocked and selected cosmetics, settings, locally cached supporter entitlements, advertising-frequency counters, a local age category and review time where applicable, and information relating to privacy choices through Google's tools. The Game does not ask you to create a profile or provide your name, email address, phone number or postal address. Local gameplay records are not uploaded to a Tiny Chaos Games game-data server.
3. Age check
The Game uses a neutral age check to classify users as child (under 13), teen (13–17), adult (18+), or unknown. A date of birth is used to determine the category but the full birth date is not stored persistently by the Game. The category and, when applicable, a recheck time may be stored locally. The age check is not advertising consent. Applicable legal age requirements vary by location.
4. Children and teens
ONE MORE PIXEL is intended for players aged 6 and older, including children. The age check controls how advertising and certain services may operate. Children and teens can access the core game and the Supporter Club showroom and cosmetic previews. In the currently audited build029, production advertising, including family advertising, remains disabled for everyone. Child and teen advertising configurations have been tested in a separate diagnostic application using official test ads, but are not enabled in the standard release. Users whose age is not established do not trigger Google Mobile Ads initialization or ad requests.
5. Google advertising and consent tools
The audited build029 includes Google Mobile Ads SDK 25.3.0 and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) 4.0.0. Google Mobile Ads uses age-restricted treatment settings for children and teens, with a maximum ad content rating of G; adult ad requests follow applicable UMP privacy choices. These controls were tested with official test ads, including in an isolated diagnostic app. Production advertising and family advertising are both disabled in build029. A future release may enable age-appropriate ads after additional testing and updated disclosures. When Google services operate, Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), ad and app interactions, diagnostics and technical app/device identifiers, according to the relevant service settings. The audited manifest does not request Android AD_ID, AdServices advertising ID or device-location permissions. This does not prove that no other technical data are processed or transmitted; encrypted SDK network payloads have not been independently inspected. See Google Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure.
6. Optional supporter purchases
The Supporter Club showroom and cosmetic previews are visible to all age groups. ONE MORE PIXEL uses Google Play Billing Library 9.1.0 for optional one-time purchases. Google Play handles payment and any applicable parental approval or account restrictions; parental approval is not guaranteed for every account or transaction. The Game can receive product identifiers, purchase state and purchase tokens needed to process and acknowledge a transaction. Pending, canceled or failed purchases do not grant supporter benefits. The Game does not receive payment card numbers. Entitlement status may be cached locally; raw purchase tokens are not deliberately logged or stored by the Game. The publisher does not currently operate a backend purchase-verification service. Purchase initiation for children and teens remains disabled in the standard production configuration pending supervised-account testing and review; a debug integration has exercised the Billing flow without real payments.
7. Purposes and legal grounds
Locally stored game progress, settings and age categories support game functionality, saved rewards and age-appropriate protections. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, necessary processing may rely on performance of the requested service or legitimate interests in safe operation, subject to applicable safeguards. Google services may process information for optional purchases, privacy choices and, if enabled in a future release, advertising. A declared age does not constitute consent. Applicable legal grounds, parental requirements and choices depend on the service and jurisdiction; Google provides further information for processing it carries out independently.
8. Retention and deletion
Local game data generally remains on the device until changed, reset, cleared through Android settings or removed by uninstalling the Game. The publisher does not currently keep server-side copies of local progress. Android backup behavior must be confirmed against the final release manifest and device configuration. Deleting the Game does not necessarily delete Google's independent purchase records or consent information. Privacy requests can be sent to the publisher using the contact details below.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable laws, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and, where applicable, data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent without affecting processing previously based on it. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), where appropriate. Contact games.tinychaos@gmail.com regarding data handled by the publisher. For data independently handled by Google, use Google's privacy controls and contact channels.
10. Security and international transfers
The Game seeks to minimize information stored locally. Google services may process data outside your country subject to their published legal safeguards. Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK encrypts transmitted data in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
11. Privacy options and updates
Where available and applicable, adult users can review privacy choices through Google's UMP. Opening this policy is separate from managing those choices. Declining optional advertising choices does not prevent core gameplay. Privacy information and controls for younger users are applied according to age and applicable law. We may update this policy when a new app version changes advertising, purchase availability or data practices, and will update the effective date accordingly.
